On you're 18th birthday, I look in your eyes and see the enchantment, wonder and joy that has always been reflected there ever since you were a little girl. I love you today, tomorrow and forever. You are unique in so many ways and I'm proud to be your mom.

One of my favorite ways to pass an afternoon is to visit a zoo or aquarium - something about seeing the fish swim and watching the animals watching me - it makes me happy.

Morning's fog grants a soft, hazy beauty to the park. 

By the River....

Even when it starts to get cold outside, I like to start my day with a hot cup of coffee and a view of the Hudson. Most days I enjoy walking and sipping but on those really bitter, frigid, windy days, I content myself with sitting in the warm car and simply enjoying the view.

My daughter volunteers at the observatory in the meadowlands. I drop her off at the front door but some nights I'll linger in the parkinglot to enjoy the wonders of our beautiful marshlands.

 

Summer's end brings a quiet stillness to the Jersey Shore.

America's Birthday Celebration....

One of my favorite holidays. Smack dab in the middle of summer, nothing to do but lazy around all day and wait for that spectacular array of lights and sounds to lightup the night's sky. I love my country, I love my freedom and I still cry whenever I hear the Star Spangled Banner sung really well like when Whitney Houston sung it. Enjoy the Day, Enjoy the Fireworks. God Bless the USA! 

ATLANTIC CITY

 

 

Will be winging my way to AC this weekend. Is always so much fun. Lights and glitz adorn the casino,  slots singout tink, tink, tink, scrumptious food and clubs pumping music. AC has it all,  especially the view. Love to stroll on the boardwalk. Day or nite - its magical.

I often find myself taking pictures of the sun sets. There's something in those wonderful colors that enhances the view of any landscape.

The beauty of God's artistry can be found anywhere you look for it especially in fall.

There's a quiet, restful peace to Sunday Mornings.
